Bayside Academy values the involvement of its pupils in decision making.

Each class, from Reception upwards, elects a school councillor at the beginning of the year. The school councillors are responsible for being the pupil voice within our school. They are the link between all pupils and the decision makers in school!

They also coordinate and arrange our charity and fundraising events.

The Academy develops into a community where pupils and teachers can work in partnership towards shared goals.
